Scoob Rock

Rap with a personal style and characteristic voice

SCOOB ROCK has been into hip hop since he was 12 years old.

He started out break dancing and also found out he had the skills to mc.

He has supported Afu-Ra in New York and has previously collaborated with Promoe (Loop Troop) as well as producer Carl-Michael Herlöfsson (Baxter, Fleshquartet, Rammstein, Krom, Eclectic Bob) and the rockers in
K-Pist.

SCOOB ROCK's mother is from the West Indies and that’s where the Caribbean influences come from. When he grew up he moved around a lot. Stayed in places like: Africa, England, US, Caribbean and then Sweden. With his personal style and characteristic voice he has shown that he feels equally at home on stage in Stockholm as well as in New York and Berlin.

SCOOB ROCK’s latest album “NEW DAY” is a tight, warm and intense package for all true fans of hip-hop and ragga music.

The first singel and video”ROTATE” featuring LEAFY, is a booty shaking party hit that was played a lot by Swedish TV and radio. Second single and video “DA MASSIVE” is another ragga influenced song from the album with a more mellow feeling.

Producers on ”NEW DAY” are Sakis Skondras (Petter), Michel Rocwell (Swing, Ison & Fille, Lilleman), Beatsurgeons (Shiny Dayz, K-Real), new talents Relic and Cha-Em, MGI from Finland, and last but not least acclaimed German production team Beathoavenz (Ludacris).
